Jewel Marie Merritt Boone, age 86 of Sugar Hill, Georgia, died Sunday, November 3, 2013.


Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Wayne Johnson will officiate. Interment will follow in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford. The Family will receive friends on Wednesday November 6, 2013 from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Buford Mission Fund, 4550 Hamilton Mill Road, Buford, Georgia 30518. Jewel is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Boone. She is survived by her Daughters and Sons in-law, Susan and Paul McFall, Suwanee, Cathy and Harvey Duncan, Kissimmee, FL, Cindy and Gerald Arnold, Suwanee. Grandchildren, Seana and Cliff Simpson, Sean and Karey McFall, April and Roger Reid, Kim Duncan, Cliff and Amy Bray, Vikki Lee. 13 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Mildred Renfroe, Pensacola, FL. Several Nieces and Nephews. Mrs. Boone was born in Pensacola, Florida and lived in the metro Atlanta area the past 28 years. She was a retired Paraprofessional with Fulton County School System, a member of First Baptist Church Buford and a member of the Upper Room Sunday School Class. Jewel spent her last days in the care of The Benton House. Her family would like to express their gratitude for the love and care she received during her stay.
