Terrell H. Higgins

Obituary Date: Tuesday, October 29, 2013

Terrell H. Higgins, age 82, and a native of Forsyth County, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013 following a long term illness. He was a loving husband, father, and very special Pappy. He was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Belle Higgins; sisters, Grace Warren, Pauline "Polly" Higgins, sister, Kathleen Samples, sister, Sylvia Bennett; brother, Veston Higgins.



Survivors include his wife, Ruby Higgins; children, Darlene (Wes) Mitchell, Anita (Eddie) Floyd, Steve (Gina) Higgins, Cheryl (Mike) Mertz, Phil (Janet) Higgins; grandchildren, Hali and Chelsea Floyd, Wesley and Brooke Mitchell, Katie, Jessica, and Sara Higgins, Hillery (David) Maradiaga, Anna and Madison Mertz, Caroline, Charleigh and Caitlyn Higgins; great grandchildren, Christian and Kyrie Maradiaga; family friend, Jay Tinter.



Funeral services will be held Friday, November 1stat 3:00 pm at Cross Roads Baptist Church with Rev. Brody Hughes, Rev. Gerald Blackburn and Rev. Craig Richard officiating. Interment will follow in Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday from 12:00 noon until 9:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am until hour of the service.
