William "Bill" Ralph Robarts, Jr

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. William "Bill" Ralph Robarts, Jr., 76, of Carnesville, Ga., who passed away on October 29, 2013.

Mr. Robarts was born in Tampa, Florida, a son of the late William Ralph Robarts, Sr., and the late Clarice Parker Robarts. Mr. Robarts was a veteran of the United States Navy and was retired from Jackson County Correctional Institute as a Corrections Officer, with many years of service.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Robarts was preceded in death by a grandson, Will Robarts.

The family will receive friends on Saturday November 2, 2013 at Evans Funeral Home from 11:00 until 12:00. A graveside service will be Saturday November 2, 2013 at Mt. Creek Baptist Church Cemetery immediately following the visitation.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Rose Marie Robarts, Carnesville, Ga., son, Bill Robarts, Plant City, Florida, 3 step daughters, Kimberly White, Tampa, Florida, Elizabeth Irene Brannon, Pendergrass, Ga., Patricia Ann Soto, Tampa, Florida, Brother, Kenneth Robarts, Carnesville, Ga., 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and a number of other relatives.
