Sharon Edmondson, 53 of Gainesville died Sunday October 27, 2013 at her residence.
Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Sharon had lived in Hall County for a number of years. She was employed at Northeast Georgia Medical Center where she worked in Human Resources as the benefits administrator.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law; Brandon and Hannah Day, Gainesville; daughter and son-in-law; Taylor and Herman DeLaPerriere, Braselton; son, Andy Edmondson, Gainesville; grandchildren, Beau Day, Ellie Day and Preston DeLaPerriere, best friend, Joy Fowler, Gainesville.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday October 31, 2013 in the chapel of the First Baptist Church on Green Street. Rev. Alan Shope and Rev. Jeff Thompson will officiate. Entombment will follow in the Lakeside Mausoleum at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home Wednesday October 30, 2013 from 4-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Gainesville High School Athletic Club, P.O. Box 3141, Gainesville, Ga. 30503 in memory of Sharon.
