Zuella Bonds

Mrs. Zuella Bonds, age 90, of Commerce, GA died Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Northridge Health and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Bonds was born in Ila, GA to the late Charlie and Aletha Gaines Gillespie. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant CME and New Faith Christian Center. Mrs. Bonds was retired from Blue Bell. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bonds was preceded in death by her husband, George Bonds, Sr.; and a granddaughter raised in the home, Robin Ann Billings.

Mrs. Bonds is survived by her children, Linda Pattman of Jefferson, George Bonds, Jr. of Commerce, Annie Chaney of Indianapolis, IN and Willie Bonds of Athens; grandchildren raised in the home, Renea Grant of Commerce and Terrance Billings of Hoschton; 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Wednesday, October 30 at New Faith Christian Center with Rev. Kevin Wood officiating. Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday night from 7 to 8 PM.
