Mildred Bailey

Mildred Bailey, age 79, of Cumming, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013. She was member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Mildred was a loving mother, grandmother and a sweetheart to everyone. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Bailey; her parents Brass and Annie Day; granddaughter, Jodi Hendrix; brothers, James Day and Winford Day; sisters, Marie Terry and Ina Mae Chumbler.



Survivors include her children, Larry Bailey, Lamar "DA" Bailey, Danny (Peggy) Bailey, Dennis "Red" (Kathy) Bailey, Joy (Danny) Hyde and Penny Bailey; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; brother, Guy (Ann) Day, Jr.; sister-in-law, Elizabeth "Lib" Day; and other loved ones and friends also survive.



Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Garry English, Rev. Dennis Bottoms and Rev. Ruel Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m, Sunday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
