Robert Christian Nygaard, 79, of Cumming, GA died at his home on October 15, 2013. Born in Atlanta, GA he was the son of the late Verner and Helen Nygaard. His sister, Mary Helen Price also predeceased him.
Robert was a member of Deer Creek Shores Presbyterian Church. He retired from Sewell Printing in Atlanta.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Vicki Nygaard of Cumming, GA; son, Robert "Beau" (Jaimee) Nygaard of Fairfax, VA; daughters, Ella (David) Buckley of Newburyport, MA and Virginia (Blake) Barbre of Decatur, GA; brothers, Jim (Phyllis) Nygaard of Atlanta, GA, Bill (Decie) Nygaard of Duluth, GA and Chris (Lynda) Nygaard of Murrells Inlet, SC; brother-in-law, Gene Price of Town Lake, GA; and much-loved grandchildren, Eli and James Nygaard, Benjamin and Emilie Buckley and Samuel and Camsan Barbre.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
