Randall Luther Stephens, 78, of Buford, GA passed away on Monday, October 14, 2013. He was preceded in death by parents Luther and Flay Poole Stephens, brother, Harold Stephens, Clyde Stephens, sister Ovice Stephens Roberts, infant son, Randall Stephens, Jr. He is survived by his wife of fifty-six years Mary Jean Bramblett Stephens, Buford, GA; children, Don Eric and Merri Beth Stephens, Roswell, GA Scott Walter and Wendy Stephens, Buford, GA; Amber Jill and Jeff Rakestraw, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Kathryn Grace Stephens, Courtney Rose Stephens, sisters, Mabel Stephens Pass, Buford, GA, Joyce Stephens Davis, Buford, GA; brothers-in-law, Ben and Jeanette Bramblett, Clover, SC; Claude Mauldin, Marietta, GA; sister-in-law Juanita Winters Stephens, Buford, GA; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Stephens was born October 21, 1934 in Buford, GA. He was a 1953 graduate of Sugar Hill High School, and was a retired mail carrier from Suwanee Post Office after thirty-two years of service. He was a deacon and member of Old Suwanee Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Old Suwanee Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Old Suwanee Baptist Church Cemetery, Buford, GA. Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Flanigan Funeral Home.
