Margaret 'Peggy' Frank

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Margaret "Peggy" Frank, age 67, of Jefferson, who passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, after an extended illness. Mrs. Frank was a native of Gadsden, Al, a daughter to the late Louis and Billie Pardue. She was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Pardue. Peggy retired as a Dental Hygienist upon moving to Jefferson for the raising of her children, Angela and Donald in 1987. She was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church and was a former member of the Jefferson Pilot Club. Peggy served as Corporate Secretary of the Banks-Jackson Food Bank for the past 20 years.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Thomas R. Frank, daughter and daughter in law, Angela and Kim O'Conner, Athens, son and daughter in law, Donald and Sherri Frank, Falls Church, VA and grandson, Solan O'Conner, Athens.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 4:30pm in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Vaughn Howington and Mr. Don Moore officiating. The visitation will be held on Saturday from 2:30
