Lisa Ann Tart Boles, age 50 of Buford, passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.
Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 10:30 am at Gateway Church in Suwanee. Reverend Fred Sharrett will officiate.
Ms. Boles was born November 21, 1962 in Huntsville, Alabama to the late Edward Thomas Brooksbank and Patricia Ann Treece Dennis. She was a loving mother, sister and former Pastor and was a member of Gateway Church.
Ms. Boles is survived by her daughter, Sydney Boles of Buford, son, Adam Boles of Buford, sister, Ann Ray of Buford and brother, Edward Brooksbank of Chatsworth, Georgia.
