Edgar A Mason

Mr. Edgar A. Mason, age 74, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013. He is survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Mary Adams Mason, Buford, GA; daughter, Melissa Loredo, Decatur, GA; grandchildren, Jacqueline Allen, Daniel Loredo, Justin Loredo and Alex Loredo; sister, Arlene Mason Dove, Royston, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Mason was born August 2, 1939 in Indianapolis, IN. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was retired from Triple A Vending Co. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Buford, GA.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Rev. Steve Pritchett of Temple Baptist Church and Rev. Ken Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Highway 29, Franklin Springs, GA 30639. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
