James 'J.R.' Thompson

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. James "J.R." Thompson, 31,of Commerce, Ga. who passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013.

Mr. Thompson was preceded in death by his Mother, Julie Marie Buck Thompson.

A Memorial service will be held Sunday September 22, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Vaughn Howington. The visitation will be after the service.

Survivors include his father, Randy Thompson, Commerce, Ga. Grandmother, Virginia Jeffers Buck, Athens, Ga., and a number of other relatives.
