Robert Lyndol Wright

Funeral Services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Thursday September 19, 2013 at Hopewell Baptist Church for Mr. Robert Lyndol Wright age 75 of Gainesville. The Rev. Tony Scarborough will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Wright passed away Tuesday September 17, 2013.


Mr. Wright was born in Gainesville on June 22, 1938 to the late Lloyd D. Wright and Lester Mae Pass Wright. He had worked for McEver Packing in Talmo for 25 years and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by His Daughter, Angela Wright Ramsey, Sister, Francis L. Farmer, Brothers, Willie "Bill" L. Wright and J.W. "Dub" Wright.



Survivors include Sons and Daughters-in-Law, Lyndol and Judy Wright, Chad and Laura Wright, Grandchildren, Amber Smith, Lauren Wright Torres, Brooke and Bailey Wright, Great-Grandchildren, Tiffany and Kaitlyn Nicholson, Mason and Allie Torres, Vann Sides, and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
