Teresa Mae Whitlow Jones

Teresa Mae Whitlow Jones, age 53 of Dahlonega, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at her residence following a sudden illness.


Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, September 20, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Drewery Loggins will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 5 - 9 pm at the funeral home.


Mrs. Jones was born October 26, 1959 in Gainesville, Georgia to Harold Whitlow and Louise Robinson Whitlow. She was a homemaker and a member of Community Baptist Church. Teresa was preceded in death by her son, Derrick Whitlow and her sister, Marie Whitlow.


Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, Clifford Jones of Dahlonega, sons & daughters-in-law, Todd & Kelly Thomas of Cleveland and Londo & Stephanie Robledo of Shreveport, Louisiana, step-daughters, Jennifer Jones of Gainesville and Chleigh Jones of Dawsonville, her parents, Harold & Louise Whitlow of Dahlonega, sisters, Dianne Jackson and Sandra Mote, both of Dahlonega, brother & sister-in-law, Ronald & Dawn Whitlow of Dahlonega, 14 grandchildren and 7 nieces and nephews.



Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 is in charge of arrangements.
