William Clarence Cooper, Sr

William Clarence Cooper, Sr., 63, of Cumming, GA died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving wife and family on Friday, September 13, 2013. He was born on September 25, 1949 in Brunswick, GA to the late Johnnie C. Cooper and Marie Williams Cooper.

Mr. Cooper was still employed by State Farm Insurance Company as a Technical Analyst where he recently celebrated his 44th anniversary with them on May 26, 2013. Mr. Cooper was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Roswell, GA where he served as a deacon.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Loupé-Cooper, his companion for 17 years; sons William, Jr. (Elveta), Royce (Shelita), Christopher and Dillon; brothers Marion (Anne) and Thomas (Debra); mother in law Brenda; brothers in law Craig and Jamele; sister in law Danielle; granddaughters Kennedi, Matee and Addison; and grandson Christian; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Cooper is preceded in death by brothers Johnnie, Jr. (Ida Mae), Robby and Robert, all of Brunswick, Georgia.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from five until eight p.m. at the McDonald & Son Funeral Home & Crematory. Celebration of Life services will be held Friday, September 20, 2013 at eleven a.m. at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Roswell, GA with Reverend Sabin P. Strickland officiating. Interment will follow on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at eleven a.m. at Ceylon Cemetery in Darien, GA.
