Dr. Elizabeth Beverly Hawkins

Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel in Danielsville, announces services for Dr. Elizabeth Beverly Hawkins, 65, of Athens who passed away on Wednesday at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens.

Born in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Elizabeth Foster Hawkins. Survivors include her children, Dona Smith of Athens and Anthony Woods of Los Angeles, CA; siblings, Avis Chester of Atlanta, Cuyler Hawkins of Atlanta and Tim Hawkins of Millington, TN; and two grandchildren.

Services are scheduled for Tuesday at 11 AM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home in Danielsville with Rev. Tommy Cowart and Rev. Derick Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in the East Lawn Cemetery in Athens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of service.
