Garry Allen Franks

Garry Allen Franks, age 67 of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at his residence following an extended illness.


Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.


Mr. Franks was born February 6, 1946 in Buchanan, Michigan to the late Emil Franks and Louise Knuth Franks. He was retired from the U. S. Army and was a member of Rejoice Baptist Church. Garry was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Caroldine Franks, second wife, Elvera Franks and granddaughter, Kourtney Dill.

Mr. Franks is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Carol & Arthur Cantrell of Cleveland, grandchildren, Rebekah Dill and Garry Cantrell, step-sons, Jimmy Webb of Gainesville, Jerry Webb of Blairsville and Thomas Webb of Gainesville, step-daughter, Susan Taylor of Gainesville, sister, Karen Larson of Buchanan, Michigan, nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
