Jane B. Goodie

Jane B. Goodie, 54, of Dawsonville passed away Saturday August 31, 2013 at Chestatee Regional Hospital following a short illness.

Born February 21, 1959 in Duluth, Georgia to the late Ray and Helen Bagley, she had lived in Dawson County for the past 30 years. A homemaker at her death, Mrs. Goodie was formerly employed at Ingles.

Surviving are her husband of 35 years, William Goodie, Dawsonville; sons and daughter in law, Ray and Lisa Goodie, Dawsonville, Robert Goodie and his fiancé, Leah Spears, Dawsonville; sister, Gail Heidenhain, Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Ally Goodie and James Goodie.

Graveside services will be held Thursday September 5, 2013 at 11 o'clock at the Goodie Family Cemetery, 24 Hillbilly Drive, Dawsonville, GA. Rev. Michael Rollins will officiate.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 8 at the funeral home.
