Barney Joseph Wilson

Barney Joseph Wilson, 57 of Murrayville, Ga passed away August 26, 2013.

Mr. Wilson was very laid back, loved Nascar and enjoyed reading.

He is survived by his mother Willie Mae Wilson, of Murrayville; children, Billy Wilson of Clermont, John Max Wilson of Eatonton, and Joseph Lee Wilson of Dahlonega; brothers Charles (Sarah) Wilson of Murrayville, Danny (Lynn) Wilson of Murrayville, and sister Patricia Wilson of Murrayville. Other survivors included Austin Wilson, Colby Wilson, Alyssa Wilson and his former wife Tammy Wilson of Dahlonega.

He is preceded by his father Bill Wilson.



Funeral Services will be held on Thursday August 29, 2013 at 2pm in the chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home, Internment will follow at Waulka Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery .

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 28 from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
