Shirley Moss

Mrs. Shirley Moss, age 75 of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2013.

Mrs. Moss was born on March 4, 1938 to the late Frank and Lizzie Elrod. Mrs. Moss was a homemaker and a member of Old Nacoochee Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Moss; sisters, Margie Morris, Helen Collins, Mary Elrod; brothers, Levis Elrod, James Elrod, Junior Elrod, and Noah Elrod.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Angela Moss, Cleveland; daughter, Shelia Moss, Cleveland; grandchildren, Crystal Greenway, Candi Franklin, Anthony Ledford, Ashley Brock, and Dustin Brock; great-grandchildren, Tyler Ledford, Elizabeth Ledford, Jovi Ausit, and Leonidis Greenway; brother, Vernon Elrod, Cornelia.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis Taylor and Rev. Bill Trotter will officiate. Interment will follow at Old Nacoochee Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
