Jack Forehand, Jr

Jack Forehand, Jr., 47, of Dawsonville passed away Tuesday August 20, 2013.

Born February 27, 1966 in Cocoa Beach, FL to the late Jack and Mattie Jo Forehand, he had lived in Dawson County for over 20 years having moved from Atlanta. Mr. Forehand was a self employed tattoo and graphic artist. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Jackie Forehand, and brothers, Gary Forehand, and Buddy Forehand.

Surviving are his daughter, Ashley Forehand, Dawsonville; sisters, Martha Shoemaker, Dawsonville, Marie Pacheco, Cumming, Vicky Martin, Cumming; brother, Larry Forehand, Dawsonville; and stepfather, Marcus McClure, Dawsonville.

Memorial services will be held Sunday August 25, 2013 at 2 o'clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Kris Woodall will officiate.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to assist with final expenses.
