Grace Genell Allison

Mrs. Grace Genell Allison age 79 of Dahlonega passed away on Saturday August 17, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday August 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Dewberry Baptist Church Cemetery #1. The family will receive friends on Sunday August 18, 2013 and Monday August 19, 2013 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Allison was born on July 15, 1934 in Gainesville, Ga to the late Charlie Scott and Elizabeth Mitchell Scott. She was of the Baptist Faith and was a Plant Manager for Poultry Classic. She is preceded in death by her, husband, Price E. Allison, parents, sons, J.B. Allison, Lewis Edgar Allison, sister, Lena Mae Grizzle.

She is survived by her sons, Henry Lee Allison of Dahlonega, Hubert Lamar Allison of Gainesville, Johnny Richard Allison of Lula, James David Allison of Dahlonega, Joseph Dean Allison of Dahlonega, 18 grandchildren, 23 great- grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, sisters, Minnie Lee Carlan of Flowery Branch, Inez Hulsey of Brookton, Peggy Ann Tisdale of Cleveland.
