Corbitt Garland Everett

Mr. Corbitt Garland Everett age 76 of Cleveland passed away Thursday August 8, 2013 at Gateway Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Everett was born in Demorest Georgia the son of the late Verlon and Ina Williams Everett. He was preceded in death by sisters, Carolyn Wade and Kathleen Glatfelter. Mr. Everett enjoyed coon hunting and was a member of the Macon County Coon Hunting Association.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah Everett, Cleveland; sons and daughters in law, Darrell and Lora Everett, Aubrey Everett and Jan Hornick, all of Cleveland; grandchildren, Ace Everett, Kayla Everett, Gracie Everett; great grandchild, Remington Everett; sister and brother in law, Unzell and Gene Moore, Franklin, NC.; brother, Kenneth Everett, Clarkesville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday August 10, 2013 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Gene Moore, the Rev. Billy Joe Jenkins and the Rev. Dennis Taylor will officiate. Interment will be in Trinity Full Gospel Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
