Geneva Reed Rucker

Mrs.Geneva Reed Rucker, age 76, of Commerce, GA died Friday, August 2, 2013 at Hill Haven Nursing Home. Mrs. Rucker was born in Commerce to the late, Robert and Thelma Davis Reed. She was a member of Jones Chapel Methodist Church. She was retired from Harmony Grove Mills.

Mrs.Rucker is survived by her husband, Billy Rucker of Commerce; daughters, Sharon Jones of Lawrenceville and Tina Roach of Commerce; sisters, Bonnell Allen of Commerce and Victoria Daniels of Nicholson; brothers, Sam Reed, John Reed and Robert Reed all of Commerce; and four grandsons.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Monday, August 5 at Jones Chapel Methodist Church with Rev. Theodore H. Braswell, II officiating. Interment will follow at Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday night from 6 to 8 PM.
