Herman Allen Spivey, age 58 of Braselton, went to ride with the motorcycle Gods on Friday, July 26, 2013 following a sudden illness.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Billy Watkins will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 3, 2013 from 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Spivey was born August 12, 1954 in Birmingham, Alabama to Herman Dolphus Spivey and Carolyn Allen Spivey Singletary. He was self-employed and was of the Baptist Faith. Herman was preceded in death by his father, Herman Dolphus Spivey.
Mr. Spivey is survived by his wife, Constance Watkins Spivey of Braselton, sons, Seth Herman Spivey of Braselton and Sloan Allen Spivey of Braselton, mother, Carolyn Spivey Singletary of Birmingham, Alabama, sister, Janet Spivey Rabon of Birmingham, Alabama, sister and brother-in-law, Synthia Spivey & Dr. Richard Morgan of Birmingham, Alabama, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ken & Jean Watkins of Birmingham, Alabama, brother-in-law, Danny Watkins of Nashville, Tennessee, aunt, Pat Spivey of Birmingham, Alabama, 9 nieces and 3 nephews, several cousins and numerous friends across America.
