Elizabeth C. Smith

Mrs. Elizabeth C. Smith age 87 of Commerce died Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospice House.

Mrs. Smith was born in Commerce to the late, William J. and Sara Wilhite Colquitt. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Jefferson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Smith was also preceded in death by her husband, Quillian Smith.

Funeral service will be Friday, July 19 at 2:00 PM from the First Baptist Church of Jefferson with Dr. Michael Helms officiating with the interment following at Apple Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church of Jefferson on Friday from 1-2 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Jefferson.
