Mr. Jeremy Carr Kelly, age 28, Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2013.

He is survived by the mother of his children, Jessica Holcombe, Flowery Branch, GA; children, Zoe D. Kelly, age 5, Flowery Branch, GA and Harlow Kelly, age 17 months, Flowery Branch, GA; mother, Tana Logan, Etowah, TN; father, Phillip C. Kelly, Forest City, AR; brother, Joshua Allen Smith, Cleveland, TN; grandmother, Jean Logan, Chattanooga, TN; great grandmother, Julia Falls, Chattanooga, TN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Kelly was born November 8, 1984 in Chattanooga, TN. He received his education from West Hall High School in Gainesville, GA. He worked in the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry for a number of years.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
