Pauline Pinson Griffin, age 84 of Gainesville, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Dogwood Forest.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park North-Riverside with Reverend Lamar Purcell and Reverend Dwight Woodall officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 15, 2013 from 7:00-9:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Griffin was born April 2, 1929 to the late Robert Lee Pinson and Faye Etta Hulsey Pinson. She was retired from Johnson & Johnson and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Mrs. Griffin was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Randall Griffin; her brother, Billy Pinson, and her son, Anthony Griffin.

Mrs. Griffin is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dianne and Dr. Thomas Buehrer of Canton, Ohio; daughter, Sandra Garrison of Gainesville; daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Todd Blackburn of Cleveland; granddaughter and husband, Christy and Brian Hinchliffe; grandson, Channing Robinson; granddaughter, Morgan Blackburn; great-grandson, Tanner Hinchliffe; great-granddaughter, Ivy Hinchliffe; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Larmon Barron of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Junior Weatherford of Gainesville; sister and brother-in-law, Bobbie Jean and Jerrold Page of Gainesville; sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Leon Riggins of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Sarah Pinson of Gainesville.
