He is survived by his wife, Virginia Kreutzer, Flowery Branch, GA; step children, Wendy Anne Wood, Golden, CO, Laura Michelle Smith, Golden, CO, Jonathon Michael Smith, Flowery Branch, GA, James Lawrence Smith, Ft. Collins, CO, Victoria Lee Smith, College Station, TX and Lawrence Paul Smith, Golden, CO; four step grandchildren; and brother, David Henry Kreutzer, Buffalo, NY.

Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Prince Of Peace Catholic Church in Flowery Branch, GA.
