Dorothy Williams

Dorothy Williams, age 59 of Gainesville, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.


A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 9 - 11 am at Antioch Baptist Church, Gainesville, Georgia with Reverend Rodney Lackey officiating. Graveside services are scheduled for Monday, July 8, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Baker-Myles Cemetery, Nashville, Georgia with Bishop Eddie Myles and Bishop Quintard Caldwell officiating.


Mrs. Williams was born April 24, 1954 in Crenshaw, Georgia to the late Willie Frederick, Jr. and Collin Baker Frederick. She was retired as a Nursing Assistant from Georgia Home Health and was of the Pentecostal Faith.


Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, LaShonda and Spencer Lyle of Gainesville and LaTanglia and Joshua Jones of Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law, Tyrone and Stariline Colston of Oxford, North Carolina and special daughter and son-in-law, Shenique and Kenneth Wise of Gainesville.
