Joseph L. Epps,

Joseph L. (Joe) Epps, age 57, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Friday, June 28, 2013.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-three years, Peggy Epps, Sugar Hill, GA; children, Lasann and James Snow, Buford, GA, Adam Epps, Beaufort, SC, Douglas and Kaylene Epps, Buford, GA, Gregory Epps, Buford, GA and Steven Epps, Buford, GA; four grandchildren, Andrew Busby, Shiobhan Snow, Blayne Snow and Alexis Epps; sister, Gina Corliss, Mableton, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Epps was born October 8, 1956 in Tampa, FL. He was a 1974 graduate of Forest Park High School in Forest Park, GA and was a graduate of Clayton State College in Jonesboro, GA.

He was a carpenter. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
