Clarence Marvin Humphries

Clarence Marvin Humphries age 63 of Gainesville passed away Thursday June 27, 2013 at his residence following an extended illness.



Mr. Humphries was born September 14, 1949 in Gainesville to the late Lester and Annie Bell Trotter Humphries. He was the owner /operator of Humphries Paint and Body Shop and was a member of Victory Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dana Deana Plott Humphries.



Survivors include, sons & daughters in law, Kenneth Marvin & Lisa Humphries of Gainesville, Richard Mac & Arland (Jenny) Humphries of Hayesville, N.C., son, Jeffrey Lloyd Humphries of Hayesville, N.C., daughter, Julie Ann Humphries of South Carolina, brother, Johnny Trotter Ward of Gainesville, 8 grandkids 5 great grandkids, lifetime friends, Harold & Linda Edmonds of Gainesville.



Funeral services will be held 12:30 pm Saturday June 29, 2013 at the Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dwayne Payne & Rev. Michael McIntyre officiating. Burial to follow in Old Union Cemetery in Young Harris, GA.



The family will receive friends from 11a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday June 28, 2013 at the funeral home.
