Mary Etta Cranford Free

Obituary Date: Friday, June 21, 2013
Mary Etta Cranford Free, age 90, of Cumming, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013 following an extended illness. She was a charter member and the oldest member of Siloam Baptist Church. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lillie Cranford; brother, Henry Lee Cranford and sister, Daisy Mae Evans.



Survivors include loving husband of 65 years, Bob Free of Cumming; children, Melvin Free of Cumming, Melba Ree and Jimmy Cole of Cumming, Annette and Rev. Ronald Pruitt of Cumming; sisters and brother-in-law, Maggie Cranford of Dawsonville, Nellie Evans of Cumming, Kate and Leonard Evans of Cumming, Susie Moore of Dawsonville; brothers, Rev. Sam Cranford of Dawsonville, R.V. Cranford of Dawsonville; sister-in-law, Ethel Sosebee of Blue Ridge; grandchildren, Michael and Lisa Cole of Gainesville, Robert and Mallory Cole of Cumming, Alan and Melanie Pruitt of Cumming, Rev. Eric and Jessica Pruitt of Cumming ;several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Boling, Rev. Kenney Sutton, Rev. Eric Pruitt and Rev. Ronald Pruitt officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m., Monday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
