Frances Reeves Jackson

Mrs. Frances Reeves Jackson, 97, of Gainesville died Tuesday June 18, 2013 at The Oaks at Limestone.



Born in Thomson, Georgia, Mrs. Jackson was the daughter of the late George Alfred and Lovie Rachel Irene Langham Reeves. She had lived in Gainesville for the past 13 years. She worked for Sam's Club for a number of years and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Augusta.



Mrs. Jackson is preceded in death by her husband, Milford Augustus Jackson and her daughter, Joyce Jackson Rabb.



Survivors include her grandson and wife, Dr. Dan and Karen Rabb, Gainesville; granddaughter and husband, Kellye and John David Bookout, Asheville, North Carolina; Great grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, and Justin Rabb, Jackson, Finn and Samuel Bookout. A host of other relatives also survive.



Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday June 21, 2013 in the chapel of the Gainesville First United Methodist Church. Rev. Wendy Cordova will officiate. Interment will follow in the Ways Baptist Church Cemetery in Wrens, Ga. The family will receive friends at the church after the service.



The family would like to thank the staff of The Oaks at Limestone for the good care and love shown to Mrs. Jackson in her last years.
