William H. 'Bill' Haff

William H. "Bill" Haff, 85, of Gainesville passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013 following a period of declining health.
Born in Townsend, Ga on January 4, 1928 he was the son of the late Thomas Mansfield and Ethel Harvey Haff. Mr. Haff was retired from the Northeast Georgia Medical Center with more than 30 years of service. He was also retired from the Hall County School System. He was a member of Prospect Baptist Church and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. One of Mr. Haff's most favorite things to do was visit Tallulah Falls.
Mr. Haff is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Ronnie Pressley; son, Richard Haff all of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Dennis Haff and Lanetta Davis of Lawrenceville; John and Judy Haff of Gainesville; brother, Ben Haff, CA; sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Albert Nations-Albanese of, FL.; sister, Martha Suggs of Gainesville; sisters and Brothers-in-law, Betty and Jack Davidson of Lula, Sandra and Mike Couch of Cleveland; grandchildren, Chris and Carrie Haff, Shane and Amy Haff, Amber and John Hawkins, Brittin and Charles Gibbs, Ricky Haff, Kimberly and Michael Walker, Jr., Nick and Tanya Pressley, Jeremy Thompson; great grandchildren, Blakely, Bailey, Carlee, Madysen, Ashlyn, Allie, Dillon, Jacob, Breanna, Cheyenne, Elizabeth, Damien, Omar, Lupe, Ulissa, Joshua, Taylor, Haley, Kassie, Michael, Talia and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Ronald Seabolt will officiate. Interment will be at Tallulah Falls Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
