Ira Pollack

Mr. Ira Pollack, age 80, of Suwanee, GA passed away on Friday, June 7, 2013.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Goodwin Pollack, Suwanee, GA; son, Mark Pollack, Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Kevin Pollack, Amber Pollack, Jason Pollack, Baren Bloom and Lindsey Bloom; mother-in-law, Allie Goodwin, Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Pollack was born July 3, 1932 in Manhattan Beach, NY. He was a 1951 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School and from there he went into optometry school. He practiced optometry. He was retired from Diversified Products Corp., manufacturing of exercise equipment, as the C.E.O. He was a member of the social club the Cavaliers.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA with Rev. Larry Scales officiating.
