Doroth Mae Brook Hutchins

Mrs. Dorothy Mae (Brook) Hutchins, age 88, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013 at Wellstar Tranquility Hospice at Kennesaw Mountain.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel with interment to follow at 2:00 pm in the College Park Cemetery, College Park, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 am Wednesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hutchins was born on August 18, 1924 in Atlanta, Georgia and was the daughter of the late Pallie B. Brook and Eutenie Denton. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Travis Hutchins; and a daughter, Sylvia Young.

Mrs. Hutchins is survived by her son, Don Hutchins; daughters, Ann McKinney and Iris Knight; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy O'Kelly, Gene Greenway, and Myrtle McFarland and several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
