Geneva Brooks Williams

Ms. Geneva Brooks Williams, age 85, of Hoschton, GA passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013 after an extended illness.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester L. Williams, her parents, Lloyd and Pauline Brooks and one brother, Royce Brooks.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Robert Gaddis of Lamar, South Carolina, her son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Donna Williams of Buford, GA, her son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Becky Williams of Hoschton, GA. She has 8 grandchildren, Paula Savage, Debbie King, Kevin Williams, Chad Williams, Dustin Williams, Jana Williams, Jerome Williams and Jessica Ramirez. She has 12 great-grandchildren, Ryan Savage, Emily Savage, Lindsay King, Millie King, Mackenzie Williams, Peyton Williams, Ashleigh Williams, Caleb Williams, Hailey Williams, Sydney Williams, Colton Williams and Sophia Ramirez. She is also survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Betty and James Peek and a nephew, Danny Peek.

She was born on January 8, 1928 in Shelby, North Carolina.

A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford, GA on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Robert Gaddis officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
