Teresa 'Terri' Hawkins Perry

Teresa "Terri" Hawkins Perry, age 52, Cumming, GA passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Hawkins, and her sister, Lynn Brownlee. She is survived by her daughter, Kennedy Pearl Perry, Cumming, GA; parents, James and Carolyn Mitchell, Foley, AL; sisters, Cathy Hawkins, Foley, AL, Marsha Bullock, Foley, AL, Angela Sedlack, Foley, AL and Jamie Holdorf, Atlanta, GA; brother, Russell Mitchell, McDonough, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friends and caregivers, Nancy and Bob Vines, Cumming, GA.

Ms. Perry was born November 17, 1960 in Birmingham, Alabama. She was a member of North Lanier Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at North Lanier Baptist Church in Cumming, GA with Pastor John Lay officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
