Constance Diane Fraser

Constance Diane Fraser, better known to her family and friends as Connie, answered Heaven's roll call on Sunday, May 5, 2013. She is rejoicing with the Lord as her family and friends remember her life and all the happy times together.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel with interment to follow in Dewberry Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery. The Reverend Dwayne Wellborn will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm and 5 to 8 pm Wednesday, May 8, 2013.

Connie was a Gainesville native, born June11, 1950, the daughter of the late Fred Brice Clark and Ann (Meaders) Clark. Until her retirement, Connie was employed for 21 years at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends including her Facebook friends. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Gainesville. She was preceded in death by her parents; maternal grandparents, Cheever and Arie Meaders; and paternal grandparents, Alvin and Levi Clark.

She is survived by her son, Michael Fraser and his wife, Wanda Whitfield, of Alto; daughter Angela Fraser and her husband, Billy Bell; grandchildren, Lexie Grizzle and Austin Bell; sister, Deborah Holland; nephews, Tony Plott and wife, Robin; their children Molly, Jonah and Isabelle; Jeff Holland and wife Jenn; their daughter Kaylynn.
