Janscinna A. Carter

Mrs. Jenscinna Ann Carter age 78 of Cleveland passed away Saturday, May 04, 2013 at her residence following an extended illness.

Mrs. Carter was born in Tampa Florida the daughter of the late Vencente' Roland Ruilova and Ruth Geneva Arnesen Ruilova. She was preceded in death by her husband Wylie Alton Carter. Mrs. Carter was a member of Free Chapel Worship Center where she was a member of the Wisdom Club and was a small group leader. She was retired from BellSouth and a member of the Telephone Pioneer's Club.

Survivors include her sister, Caroline Hart; brother, Jerome Ruilova; nephews, Mark Hart, Ken Hart, nephew and wife, Duane and Debbie Carter; niece and husband, Sharon K. Carter Smith and Mark Smith; great nephew, Matthew Carter, great niece, Lauren Carter; cousins, Sandy Arnold, Audrey Long; spiritual family of 26 children, 21 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday May 7, 2013 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Tony Elrod will officiate. Interment will be at Yonah View Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
