Ruthie Lee Shelby, age 79 of Buford, Georgia, died suddenly Saturday, April 27, 2013.

Mrs. Shelby has been transported to Mercer Funeral Home, Jackson, TN for services. Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Jackson, TN. Mrs. Shelby was preceded in death by her husband Isam Mack Shelby. She is survived locally by her daughter Latoya Kidd and family, Buford. Mrs. Shelby was born in Saulsbury, TN. She was retired from Bemis Textile Mill.
