Catherine Mae Boyd

Mrs. Catherine Mae Boyd, 76 of Gainesville died Monday April 22, 2013 at New Horizons Limestone.



Born in College Park, Georgia, Mrs. Boyd had lived in Hall County for a number of years. She was the daughter of the late Oliver Thomas and Susie Hammond Coursey. She was a homemaker and of the baptist faith.



Survivors include her children; Rev. John Boyd, Dahlonega; Margie Feldt, Flowery Branch; Richard Boyd, Cornelia; Gary Boyd, Cumming; Danny Boyd, Gainesville; Melissa Williams, Gainesville; Scotty Jones, Cornelia; Steven Jones, Gainesville; Susan Boyd, Morrow; sisters, Charlotte Hambrick and JoAnn Lee; brothers, Grady Coursey and Sammy Coursey, 24 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews survive.



Mrs. Boyd is preceded in death by her husband, Otis Theo Boyd.



Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday April 24, 2013 at the Holly Hill Memorial Park in Fairburn, Ga. with the Rev. John Boyd officiating. The family will receive friends at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home Tuesday April 23 from 6-9 p.m.
