Carolyn June Rosetti

Obituary Date: Friday, April 19, 2013

Carolyn June Rosetti peacefully slipped into eternal rest at Northeast Georgia Medical Center surrounded by family after an extended illness on Friday, April 19.

Carolyn was born 1939, in Atlanta, GA., to Roland Franklin and Martha Ruth Colbert.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Phillip Rosetti; her sister Connie Taylor and brother-in-law Tony Taylor of Atlanta, GA, son, Phillip G. Rosetti of Fort Walton Beach, FL, and grandchildren, Nicco of Navarre, FL and Ansley of Atlanta, GA, son Jeffery A. Rosetti and grandchildren Christian and Angelina of Gainesville, GA, son Marcus D. Rosetti, daughter-in-law, Susan Pennington Rosetti, and grandchildren, Sophie, Grant & Olivia of Gainesville, GA.

Carolyn was a graduate of Massey Business College and was a natural at accounting and later became comptroller for such businesses as Xerox, Atlanta Blue Print, General Graphics, General Micrographics and General Color. She and her husband later purchased General Color in 1973 under the United Kolor Corporation name and built it into one of the largest custom photographic service companies in the southeast. Some years later in an effort to devote more time to family she and her husband sold General Color and moved from Atlanta to Hall County. In continuing the family business tradition, Carolyn and her husband created a new concept by bringing "true" professional photographic services to the average public at affordable prices. United Kolor Photo was born. The Rosetti family business has operated from 1980 until today. Carolyn has selflessly devoted her life to the family, the business and devoted customers and most of all to God. She carried the highest of Christian standards and has been the glue that kept the family and all that it values together.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Eugene and Christopher Colbert.

At Carolyn's' request no memorial service will be held and she requests all that knew and loved her not mourn but celebrate her life. Interment will be private. Those wishing to make on-line Condolences may do so at: www.facebook.com/carolyn.rosetti.forever
