Johnny Smith

Mr. Johnny Smith, age 71, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Lula Mae Samples Smith; and brother, Noah Smith.

He is survived by his daughters, Suzane Brenwalt, Hoschton, GA, Leona Humphries, Gainesville, GA and Donna Plymale, Buford, GA; son, Johnny Levi Smith, Buford, GA; six grandchildren; sisters, Mardell Smith Hogan, Flowery Branch, GA and Joan Smith, Flowery Branch, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Franklin and Jane Smith, Danielsville, GA; sister-in-law, Pam Reed Smith, Jefferson, GA; aunts and uncles, Eula Jean Shadburn, Flowery Branch, GA, Betty and Jesse Satterfield, Louise and John Hutchins and Mary and Leroy Pruitt, all of Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Smith was born February 2, 1942 in Cumming, GA. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was in the landscaping business. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Shadburn officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA with military honors.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
