Audrey "Arlene" Watson Smith Jones

Audrey "Arlene" Watson Smith Jones, 54, of Lula passed away Thursday April 11, 2013 at her residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held Sunday April 14, 2013 at 2:30pm from the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Milton Martin Jr. and Rev. Dwayne Welborn officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 11am-2:30pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jones was born February 15, 1959 in Gainesville to the late Silas and Ruth Belle Watson. She was a member of Free Chapel Worship Center. She was preceded in by her parents, son Stephen Shane Smith, and brother-in-law Donald Elrod.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her daughter Shea Williams of Gainesville, granddaughter Sky Williams of Gainesville, grandson Rylan Williams of Gainesville, grandson Mekhi Guitreau of Gainesville, sister Marcy Elrod of Braselton, sister and brother-in-law Margery Oliver Brunn and Darrell of California, sister and brother-in-law Deborah Forrester and Jimmy of Braselton, sister and brother-in-law Linda Beard and Ron Martin of Gainesville, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 is in charge of arrangements.
