Curtis William Phillips

Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel in Danielsville, announces memorial services for Curtis William Phillips, 46, of Hull who passed away at the Athens Regional Medical Center on Sunday.

Born in Murfreesboro, TN, he was the son of Vivian D. (Roy) Hooper of Colbert and George W. (Irene) Phillips of Texas. Other survivors include a daughter, Marley Kayden Phillips of Colbert, a step-sister, Rhonda Kemp of Athens, a step-brother, Roy "Glen" Hooper of Jefferson, a niece, Julia Epperson of Sugar Hill, TN, a nephew, Charles Boggs of Lexington; several step-nieces, step-nephews and cousins. Marley also has a half-sister, Macy Whitlock.

Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday at 6:30 PM from the Joy Baptist Church in Hull with the Rev. Shannon Hayes officiating. The family will receive friends at that time.
