George Haspy Elliott

Mr. George Haspy Elliott, 79, of Gainesville, GA, passed away April 6, 2013 following an extended illness.

Born in Gainesville, GA on March 15, 1934, he was the son of the late Charles Haspy and Elsie Mae Elliott. Mr. Elliott was a Veteran having served in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cynda Elliott of Gainesville, GA; son and daughter-in-law, George Kelly Elliott and Brenda of Dacula, GA; Brother, Charles Wayne Elliott of Gainesville, GA; Sister and brother-in-law Margie and John Smith of Gainesville, GA; Sister, Lynn Elliott of Gainesville, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law June and Joe Crossno of Tennessee, plus a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins survive.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Alta Vista Cemetery. Bob Vandiver will officiate. Interment

will immediately follow the service. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
