Franklin Lurie Stott

Franklin Lurie Stott, 63, of Demorest Georgia passed away Friday April 5, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center from injuries sustained in a Motor Vehicle Accident.

Memorial services will be held Sunday April 14, 2013 at 2:00pm at Main Street Gospel Church located at 6459 Main St. Lula GA with the Rev. Buster Autry officiating.

Mr. Stott was born August 1, 1949 in Marianna Florida to the late Randall and Gladys Tiller Stott. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Corrections Officer. Mr. Stott was a member of River Point Church.

He is survived by his wife Patricia Ann Stott of Demorest, daughter Wanda Dimas of Demorest, daughter Lisa Skinner of Clarkesville, son and wife Pete and Michelle McDonald of Toccoa, son Chad Stott of Gainesville FL, grandson and wife Dustin and Kezia Moore of Clarkesville, grandson Cory McDonald of Clarkesville, grandson Tracy Ayers of Toccoa, grandson Christian McDonald of Clarkesville, granddaughter Christie McDonald of Demorest, granddaughter Angel Flores of Demorest, granddaughter Alicia McDonald of Demorest, granddaughter Bethany Bowman of Cornelia, great granddaughter Josselin R. McDonald of Demorest, brother Alan Stott of Daytona FL, brothers and sisters-in-law Rev. Buster and Raynell Autry of Lula, Johnny and Dorothy Autry of Rockport IN, Barry and Cindy Autry of Clarkesville, Jimmy and Cathy Carpenter of Cleveland, Don and Jane Prather of Commerce, Karen Autry of Gainesville and a host of nieces and nephews.
