Louise Hawkins Silva

Mrs. Louise Hawkins Silva, age 79, of Hoschton, GA passed away on Monday, April 1, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Silva. She is survived by her children, John and Sarah Silva, Flowery Branch, GA and Caroline Silva, Baltimore, MD; grandchildren, Jack Silva, Flowery Branch, GA and Daniel Silva, Flowery Branch, GA; brothers, Albert Raymond Miller, Chamblee, GA and William Henry Miller, Bella Vista, AR; sisters, Patricia Johnson, Gambrills, MD, Margaret Macredie, Newport News, VA and Claudette Wheeler-Wells, Parkton, MD; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Silva was born January 28, 1934 in Chattanooga, TN. She was a resident of Deaton Creek for the past seven years. She was a retired administrative assistant from the State of Maryland. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. She was a member of Buford First United Methodist Church.

Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Buford First United Methodist Church with Dr. Sondra R. Jones officiating. A reception will be held at Louise's residence following the service.
